Public Geo-information
Introduction
A subset of the GIPOD data is published as open data by Digitaal Vlaanderen, consisting of several WMS views, a WFS, API Features service and trough through Geopunt.

Legacy WMS
The GIPOD data is available trough a legacy WMS, which is now obsolete, and is to be fased out in 2024. The WMS can be accessed here: https://geo.api.vlaanderen.be/gipodpubliek/wms
Legacy Public API
The legacy public api (https://api.gipod.vlaanderen.be/ ) will be available during a transition period. Data from the new GIPOD will automatically flow to the existing current public API.
Support
Communication to the outside world about the public API will be done through a github repository. You are also welcome to do suggestions or ask questions. If you wish you can add code examples on using this API to this repository using pull requests, or provide links.
